Something Good Pie
Something Good Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour, 1 1/2 c. pecans, chopped, 3/4 c. butter, melted, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese and 1 c. confectioners sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Combine flour, pecans and nuts. Spread mixture on bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Let cool.
Combine cream cheese, sugar, 1 carton of whipped topping and vanilla, mixing well.
Spread over cooled crust.
Combine pudding mix and milk.
Spread over cream cheese layer.
Top with remaining carton of whipped topping.
Refrigerate before serving.
