Sombrero Dip
Sombrero Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. ground meat, 1/4 c. minced onion, 1 1/2 tsp. chili powder, 1/2 c. catsup and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Place ground meat in covered casserole in microwave.
Cook about 4 minutes and drain fat.
Transfer to skillet and brown meat with onion.
Add chili powder, catsup and salt.
Mash kidney beans and add to the skillet.
Place in a casserole and top with the cheese, olives and green onions.
Heat at 350Β° until cheese melts.
Serve hot with tortilla chips.
