Mix together flour, soda and salt.
Combine butter, egg, sugar and flavoring.
Add sour cream and half of flour.
Add remaining flour.
Roll to 1/4-inch thickness on lightly floured surface.

Bake at 400Β° for 8 to 10 minutes.
