Soft Sugar Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 sticks margarine, 2 c. sugar, 2 eggs, beaten, 2 tbsp. vanilla and 2 tsp. soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cream together eggs, margarine, sugar, vanilla and sour cream. Add ingredients.
Chill, if you want to cut into shapes. If not,
1-inch balls.
Place on cookie sheet and smash bottom of glass dipped in sugar. Bake at
350Β° until slightly brown.
Can be frosted with Cream Cheese Frosting.
