Soft Gingersnaps
Soft Gingersnaps is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. margarine or shortening, 2 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 1/2 c. molasses and 4 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cream together thoroughly the margarine, sugar, eggs and molasses.
Mix in dry ingredients.
Form into walnut size (or desired size) balls.
Roll in sugar and place on ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake at 350Β° for 6 to 8 minutes, or until tops are beginning to turn golden.
Do not overbake.
