Soft Crust Chicken Pie
Soft Crust Chicken Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. fryer, cooked and deboned, 2 c. chicken broth (1 chicken bouillon), 1 tbsp. chopped celery, 1 tbsp. chopped onion and dash of pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Cut chicken into bite size pieces. Add salt and pepper.
Mash and dissolve chicken bouillon cube. Add soup and broth. Heat to boiling.
Grease casserole.
Place chicken on bottom. Sprinkle with the eggs.
Pour broth over chicken.
Mix flour, butter and milk until smooth.
Spoon all over chicken to cover.
Bake at 350Β° until done and top is browned.
