Soda Cracker Pie
Soda Cracker Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 egg whites, 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar, 1 c. sugar, 18 small soda crackers, broken fine and 1 c. finely chopped pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Beat egg whites until foaming.
Add cream of tartar.
Beat until stiff.
Add sugar gradually.
Fold in crackers.
Add pecans and vanilla.
Grease pie dish.
Bake at 325Β° for 30 to 35 minutes. When cool, make top.
To Cool Whip, fold in preserves.
Spread on top crust and sprinkle with coconut.
