So Easy Strawberry Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 1 baked pie shell or graham cracker crust, 2 pt. strawberries, 1/2 c. sugar and 3 tbsp. cornstarch, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Crush 1 pint strawberries and place in a saucepan.
Add sugar and cornstarch.
Stir and bring to boil.
Boil 1 minute.
While mixture cools, slice remaining pint of berries and place in pie shell.
Pour cooked berries on top and refrigerate.
Good served with a dollop of Cool Whip.
