Snowy Mashed Potatoes
Snowy Mashed Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 medium potatoes, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1/2 c. sour cream, 1 tsp. salt and 1/8 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Cook potatoes in salted water; drain off most of water when potatoes are tender.
Mash potatoes in large mixing bowl.
Add cream cheese, sour cream, salt, pepper and garlic.
Beat at high speed with mixer until creamy and smooth.

Sprinkle with paprika and dot with butter.
