Snowy Mashed Potato Casserole
Snowy Mashed Potato Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 or 7 potatoes, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. philadelphia cream cheese, softened, 1 c. dairy sour cream, salt to taste and 1/4 c. minced green onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Cook potatoes in boiling salted water until tender.
Drain. Mash potatoes in large bowl of electric mixer; add cream cheese, sour cream and salt.
Beat at high speed until smooth and light. Stir in chopped green onion.
Spoon into a lightly greased baking dish; sprinkle with paprika and dot with butter or margarine. Bake in 350Β° oven for 30 minutes or until lightly golden brown and heated through.
This can be made ahead and refrigerated overnight before baking.
