Snowflake Cookies
Snowflake Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. shortening, 3 oz. cream cheese, 1 c. sugar, 1 egg yolk and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cream shortening and cheese well.
Add sugar gradually and continue creaming.
Beat in egg yolk, vanilla and orange rind. Mix flour, salt and cinnamon together and then add to creamed mixture.
Load dough into cookie press and create cookies of your choice.
Press on cookie sheet and bake at 350Β° for 12 to 15 minutes.
