Snowball Cake
Snowball Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 tsp. plain gelatin, dissolved in 4 tsp. cold water, 1 c. boiling water, 1 c. orange-pineapple juice, 1 c. crushed pineapple and 1 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Add boiling water to gelatin.
Mix well gelatin, juice, pineapple, sugar, lemon and salt and place in refrigerator to jell. Beat Dream Whip and stir into mixture.
Tear angel food cake into small pieces and place in 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking pan.
Cover with mixture.
Refrigerate for several hours.
Sprinkle coconut on top when ready to serve.
