Combine sugar, butter and milk.
Bring to rolling boil over medium whisking constantly to avoid scorching. Cook for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Add marshmallow cream. Stir until smooth.
Add nuts and vanilla, stir until blended. Pour into a buttered
8-inch square pan.
Place on wire rack and cool.
Cut into squares.
