Snow Pudding
Snow Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. knox unflavored gelatin, 3 eggs, separated, 1/4 tsp. salt, 3 c. milk and 1/2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Soak gelatin in milk for 5 minutes.
Cook over low flame until gelatin is dissolved, then add sugar.
Remove from heat and slowly add beaten egg yolks.
Return to heat until you notice a slight thickening similar to cream.
Remove from heat and stir in salt and vanilla.
Add 3 stiffly beaten egg whites.
Stir well and refrigerate.
The pudding will separate into a layer of custard with a frothy (snowy) layer on top.
