Snow Ball Cake
Snow Ball Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large angel food cake, 2 tbsp. gelatin, 4 tbsp. cold water, 1 cup sugar and 1 cup boiling water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Soak gelatin in cold water.
Add boiling water to dissolve.
Add orange and lemon juice.
Add sugar and mix well.
Chill until partly jelled.
Whip 1/2 pint cream until stiff.
Add 1 tsp. sugar to whipped cream.
Mix whipped cream with partially jelled gelatin.
Break up angel food cake until bite sized pieces.
Line large mixing bowl with waxed paper.
Put a layer of cake and layer of gelatin mixture.
Add layer of each until all used up.
Let set in refrigerator until jelled.
Unmold on cake plate.
Whip 2nd 1/2 pint cream until stiff adding 1 tsp sugar spread on cake.
Sprinkle with coconut.
