Snickers Cake

👨🍳 Instructions
Bake 1/2 cake mix for 20 minutes.
Melt caramels, milk and butter.
Pour over cake.
Add chocolate chips and walnuts.
Pour remaining batter over cake and bake at 250° for 20 minutes and 350° for 10 minutes.
