Snickerdoodles Cookies
Snickerdoodles Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. shortening, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 2 3/4 c. flour and 2 tsp. cream of tartar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cream shortening and sugar.
Add eggs and blend well.
Stir together dry ingredients and stir into mixture until well mixed. Roll into balls the size of small walnuts and roll into mixture of 2 teaspoons sugar and 2 teaspoons cinnamon.
Bake until light brown.
These cookies puff up at first, then flatten out.
Bake at 400Β° for 8 to 10 minutes.
