Beat sugars and butter until fluffy; add eggs and mix well. Blend together dry ingredients; add to fluffy mixture and mix well.
Drop onto greased cookie sheet.
Combine 1 tablespoon sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon in small bowl; sprinkle lightly on every cookie before baking.
Bake at 375Β° for 8 to 10 minutes.
Cool for 7 minutes.
