Snickerdoodles
Snickerdoodles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 3/4 c. flour, 2 tsp. cream of tartar, 1 tsp. soda, 1/4 tsp. salt and 1 1/2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix together flour, cream of tartar, soda and salt.
Cream 1 1/2 cups sugar with shortening.
Add eggs and vanilla.
Chill 1 hour, then roll in balls and roll in sugar and cinnamon mixture (2 tablespoons cinnamon and 1/2 cup sugar).
Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 350Β°.
