Snickerdoodles
Snickerdoodles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. soft butter, 2 eggs, 2 tsp. cream of tartar, 1/4 tsp. salt and 2 tsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix thoroughly butter, sugar and eggs.
Sift together flour, cream of tartar, soda and salt; stir in.
Roll into balls the size of small walnuts.
Roll in mixture of sugar and cinnamon.
Place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet.
Bake until lightly browned but soft.
These cookies puff up at first, then flatten out.
Bake at 325Β° in a moderate hot oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
