Snickerdoodles
Snickerdoodles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. soft margarine, 1/2 c. shortening, 2 eggs and 2 3/4 c. self-rising flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Heat oven to 400Β°.
Mix sugar, margarine, shortening and eggs in a large bowl; stir in flour.
Shape dough by rounded teaspoonfuls into balls.
Mix sugar and cinnamon; roll balls in mixture.
Place about 2-inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake until set, 8 to 10 minutes.
Immediately remove from cookie sheet.
About 6 dozen cookies.
