Snickerdoodles
Snickerdoodles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. margarine or butter, softened, 1/2 c. shortening, 2 eggs and 2 3/4 c. self-rising flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Heat oven to 400Β°.
Mix 1 1/2 cups sugar, margarine, shortening and eggs in bowl.
Stir in flour.
Shape by rounded teaspoonfuls into balls.
Mix 3 tablespoons sugar and cinnamon. Roll balls into this mixture.
Place 2-inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake until set, 8 to 10 minutes.
Remove immediately from cookie sheet.
