Snickerdoodles
Snickerdoodles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. soft shortening, 2 eggs, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 2 3/4 c. flour and 1 tsp. soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Together shortening, eggs and 1 1/2 cups sugar. Sift and add flour, soda, cream of tartar and salt.
Mix well to form dough.
The size of a large marble. Roll the combined cinnamon and 2 tablespoons sugar. Bake at 400Β° on a ungreased cookie sheet, for 5 to 7 minutes.
Do not overbake.
