Snickerdoodles
Snickerdoodles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. butter, 2 eggs, 2 tsp. cream of tartar, 1/4 tsp. salt and 1 1/2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cream butter; add sugar; blend in eggs.
Sift dry ingredients. Stir into other batter.
Roll in balls the size of walnut.
Drop balls in cinnamon and sugar.
Place 2-inches apart on greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 400Β° for 8 to 10 minutes.
Makes 5 dozen cookies.
