Snickerdoodles
Snickerdoodles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. butter or margarine, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 2 3/4 c. flour and 2 tsp. cream of tartar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix together butter or margarine, 1 1/2 cups sugar and eggs.
Add flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt.
Shape 1 teaspoon of dough into small ball. Roll in mixture of 2 teaspoons sugar and cinnamon.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 400Β° for 8 to 9 minutes.
Yield: 5 dozen.
