Snickerdoodles
Snickerdoodles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. margarine, 3/4 c. sugar, 1 egg, 2 1/3 c. flour and 1 tsp. cream of tartar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Heat oven to 350Β°.
In separate bowl, mix 1 tablespoon sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
Cream margarine and sugar.
Add egg. Beat well.
Blend dry ingredients and add to margarine mixture. Stir well.
Shape dough into balls.
Roll in cinnamon-sugar mixture.
Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes.
Makes 3 dozen cookies.
