Snickerdoodles
Snickerdoodles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. margarine, softened, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 2 3/4 c. flour and 2 tsp. cream of tartar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix all ingredients.
Shape dough into small balls.
Mix 3 tablespoons sugar with 3 teaspoons cinnamon.
Shake dough balls in cinnamon sugar.
Put on cookie sheet.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes (cookies don't brown) at 375Β°.
Makes 6 dozen.
