Snickerdoodles
Snickerdoodles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. shortening, 2 eggs, 1 tsp. soda, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1 1/2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Mix together shortening, sugar and eggs.
Sift dry ingredients and add to shortening mixture.
Roll into walnut sized balls and roll in mixture of 3 tablespoons of sugar and 2 teaspoons of cinnamon.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 400Β° for 8 to 10 minutes or until light brown.
