Snickerdoodles
Snickerdoodles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. margarine, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 2 3/4 c. flour and 2 tsp. cream of tartar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cream margarine and sugar.
Add eggs, beating well.
Add dry ingredients and chill dough.
Roll dough into balls the size of walnuts.
Roll balls in mixture of 2 teaspoons cinnamon and 2 teaspoons sugar.
Place on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake in a 400Β° oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until very light brown.
Cool slightly before removing to cooling rack.
