Mix together margarine, sugar and eggs.
Sift together and stir in flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt.
Chill dough; roll into balls.
Mix 2 tablespoons sugar and cinnamon together.
Roll balls in sugar and cinnamon.
Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 400Β° until lightly brown, 5 to 7 minutes. Makes about 5 dozen.
