Snicker-Doodles
Snicker-Doodles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 cup butter or margarine, 1 1/2 cups sugar, 2 eggs, 2 tsp. cream of tarter and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Mix butter, sugar and eggs thoroughly.
Blend in flour, cream of tarter, baking soda and salt.
Shape into 1 inch balls.
Mix 2 Tbsp. of sugar and cinnamon into a bowl.
Roll balls into mixture and place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until set; immediately remove from cookie sheet.
Makes 5-6 dozen.
