Snack Balls
Snack Balls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. finely grated provolone cheese, 14 1/2 cubes cheddar cheese, 2 c. cooked rice, 1 beaten egg and 1 c. crumbled bread crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Place rice and grated cheese in bowl and mix.
Pack a ball of the rice and cheese mixture around each cube of cheese.
Add butter, salt, pepper and mustard to egg before beating.
Dip the rice and cheese balls in egg mixture first, then dip in bread crumbs.
Deep fry for 7 minutes.
Remove and let drain and cool on paper towels.
