Smoothies is an easy dinner. Made with frozen whole berries (strawberries or raspberries work best), bananas and fruit juice (orange or apple juice work best), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

In blender container, place 1 to 1 1/2 cups frozen berries. Break into pieces and drop on top of berries, one entire banana. Pour in juice just to cover fruits.
Blend until smooth (doesn't take long!).
For thicker smoothie, use less juice.
