Made with 1 c. reduced fat vanilla yogurt, 1 medium ripe banana, peeled and cut into chunks and frozen, 1 c. frozen berries, any combination and 1 c. fat free milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In blender or food processor, combine all ingredients. Cover and process until smooth. Pour and serve immediately. Diabetic exchange - 1 fruit, 1 milk.
