Small Cheesecakes
Small Cheesecakes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 3/4 c. sugar, 1 tbsp. lemon juice, 2 eggs and 1 box vanilla wafers, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Combine cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, vanilla and eggs in mixing bowl.
Beat at high speed for 5 minutes.
Line small tart pans with small paper cups.
Place 1 vanilla wafer upside down tablespoon of cheese filling in each cup. Bake
350Β° for
18 to 20 minutes. Crack will appear on top and they will appear like they have fallen. Let cool.
Cooled, place 1 teaspoon cherry pie filling on top. Makes 50.
