Slomp
Slomp is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. frozen, chopped rhubarb or any berries or fruit, 1 c. sugar, 1 c. flour, 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder and 1/4 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In a deep porcelain or glass baking dish, put the cup of sugar over unsweetened rhubarb or berries and stir to cover all.
Mix remaining ingredients and just pour over mixture in baking dish and spread on top of fruit.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
Serve hot topped with cream.
