Sliced Baked Potatoes
Sliced Baked Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 medium potatoes,, 3 tbsp. melted butter, 4 tbsp. grated cheddar cheese, 1 1/2 tbsp. parmesan cheese and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Scrub and rinse potatoes.
Cut potatoes into thin slices but not all the way through.
Use a handle of a spoon to prevent knife from cutting all the way.
Place potatoes in a baking dish.
Fan them slightly.
Sprinkle with salt and drizzle with butter. Sprinkle with herbs.
(Try to get herbs in between slices.)
Bake at 425Β° for about 50 minutes.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheeses.
