Skirt Steak
Skirt Steak is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 24 minutes. Made with skirt steak, salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika, . soy sauce, . worcestershire sauce and water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Cut steak into pieces about 3-inches square.
Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika.
Heat oil/butter in heavy skillet (several tablespoons).
Quickly brown steak on both sides (do not overcook).
Into 1/2 cup water, add soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce.
Add this to the steak.
Shake and simmer for about 5 minutes.
(This last 5 minutes can be done just before serving to allow you to prepare it earlier.)
Serve with buttered noodles.
