Skillet Spaghetti
Skillet Spaghetti is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground beef or 1 lb. ground beef and 1 lb. sausage, chopped onion (optional), 1/2 c. mushrooms, 1/4 c. green pepper and 26 oz. can franco american spaghetti, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Brown meat, onion and pepper; drain and rinse with warm water to rinse off fat.
Add oregano, basil, catsup, salt, pepper, mushrooms and Franco American spaghetti.
Stir to mix well and simmer 20 minutes.
Stir occasionally.
Can be served with Parmesan cheese on top.
