Skillet Pork Chops
Skillet Pork Chops is an easy dinner. Made with 4 loin or rib chops (1/2 to 3/4-inch thick), 1/8 tsp. pepper, 1 pkg. scalloped potatoes, 2 1/3 c. hot water and 2/3 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Brown pork chops in 10-inch skillet until brown on both sides. Sprinkle with pepper.
Remove from skillet.
Mix potatoes, sauce mix and the remaining ingredients in skillet.
Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally.
Reduce heat.
Place pork chops on top of potato mixture.
Cover and simmer until potatoes are tender.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes.
