Skillet Peanut Butter Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 3 tbsp. butter, 1 c. evaporated milk, 1 c. miniature marshmallows and 1 (12 oz.) jar chunky peanut butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Combine sugar, butter and evaporated milk in an electric skillet.
Set heat control to 280Β°; bring to boil.
Boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Turn off heat.
Add marshmallows, peanut butter and vanilla.
Stir until marshmallows and peanut butter are melted and blended.
Pour into buttered 8-inch square pan.
