Skillet Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef, 4 to 5 c. egg noodles, cooked 4 minutes, 1 pkg. dry spaghetti sauce, 1 (14 oz.) can tomato sauce and 1 large can tomatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Grease electric frying pan with margarine.
Brown meat; spread over pan.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper and basil.
Add 1/2 package dry spaghetti sauce and Parmesan cheese.
Top with noodles.
Break up tomatoes; pour over noodles.
Add tomato sauce and the rest of dry spaghetti sauce.
Top with grated Mozzarella cheese.
Let cook on low at 150° to 200° for 15 to 20 minutes.
