Skillet Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 stick margarine, 2 c. sugar, 4 tbsp. cocoa, 1/2 c. milk and 1/2 c. peanut butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Melt margarine, then add sugar, cocoa and milk.
Mix well and let boil 1 minute.
Remove from heat and add peanut butter, oatmeal, nuts and vanilla.
Stir and let cool.
Drop on wax paper.
