Skillet Cookies
Skillet Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. oleo, 1 c. brown sugar, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. dates, 1 egg and 1 c. pecans, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Cut up dates and put in big skillet. Add oleo and sugar.
Cook until dissolved, stirring constantly.
Beat egg and add to mixture. Cook until done (4 to 5 minutes). Add vanilla.
Pour over Rice Krispies and pecans; stir until mixed.
Cool until you can handle. Grease hands with oleo and lightly press into balls. Roll in coconut.
