Skillet Cookies is an easy dinner. Made with 1 stick oleo, 1 c. sugar, 1 egg, 1 c. chopped dates and 2 3/4 c. rice krispies, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix oleo, sugar, egg and dates in electric skillet at 300Β° about 6 minutes until color of dates change, then add Rice Krispies.
Cool slightly.
Make into balls while warm and roll in coconut or make into 1-inch ball and roll in powdered sugar and slice.
