Skillet Cookies
Skillet Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 stick oleo, 2 eggs, 1 c. sugar, 1 c. nuts and 1 c. dates, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Beat eggs with sugar.
Melt oleo in skillet.
Add eggs and sugar.
Then add dates and nuts.
Cook over low heat 15 minutes. Remove from stove and add Rice Krispies and vanilla.
Let cool slightly and roll in powdered sugar.
Makes 3 rolls.
Cool and slice.
