Combine milk, water and margarine into saucepan and heat over low heat until liquids are warm; margarine doesn't have to melt.

Gradually add to dry ingredients.

Beat 2 minutes at medium speed.

Scrape bowl occasionally.

Add 1/2 cup of flour to make thick batter form into ball.

Place in greased bowl, turning to grease top.

Cover; place bowl over pan of warm water.

Let stand 15 minutes.

Cut out and place in pan.

Bake at 425Β° for 12 minutes.
