Sixty Minute Dinner Rolls
Sixty Minute Dinner Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 c. flour, 3 tbsp. sugar, 1 tsp. salt, 2 pkg. yeast and 1 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
In a large bowl, thoroughly mix 1 1/2 cups flour, sugar, salt and yeast.
Combine milk, water and margarine.
Heat until very warm (margarine does not need to melt).
Add to dry ingredients and mix with electric mixer (medium speed) 2 minutes.
Add 1/2 cup flour and mix (high speed) 2 more minutes.
Stir in enough additional flour to make a soft dough.
Turn out onto lightly floured surface and knead until smooth, about 5 to 6 minutes. Cover and let rest 15 minutes.
Shape dough into rolls and place in greased baking dish.
Cover and let rise until doubled.
Bake at 425Β° for 12 minutes.
Makes 2 dozen rolls.
