Simple Simon Soufflé is an easy dinner. Made with 1 doz. eggs, 1 pkg. frozen spinach, sweet italian sausage, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese and any spices you like, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
👨🍳 Instructions
Cook sausage.
Add spinach; cook until done.
Drain.
Mix the cream cheese with a little milk to make smooth.
Put all eggs in bowl and beat.
Add cream cheese, sausage and spinach; mix well. Pour into soufflé dish.
Bake at 350° for 1 hour, or until knife inserted comes out clean.
