Simple Greek Shrimp
Simple Greek Shrimp is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. butter or margarine, 1 large green bell pepper, seeded and chopped, 1 large onion, chopped, 1 (20 oz.) can stewed tomatoes and 2 c. clam broth, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In an electric skillet, melt the butter over low heat.
Add the green pepper and onion; saute until crisp-tender (about five minutes).
Add the tomatoes and clam broth, the wine and rice. Increase the heat to medium-high and boil for 25 to 30 minutes. Add the shrimp and clams; reduce the heat to medium.
Simmer for three minutes.
Transfer to a serving dish; sprinkle with the Feta cheese.
